EnterpriseWeb named a 2024 Fierce Network Innovation Award finalist for the AI category

Fierce Network, a Questex news portal serving the global communications industry, announced today that EnterpriseWeb is a 2024 Fierce Network Innovation Awards finalist for the AI category.

The Fierce Network Innovation Awards celebrate transformative companies, solutions, and individuals with the potential to revolutionize networks, drive customer engagement, and deliver substantial savings and innovation. The AI category highlights products and services that are using artificial intelligence (AI) and/or generative AI (GenAI) to advance telecommunications and cloud in new and exciting ways that set them apart from the pack.

EnterpriseWeb submitted an entry for the 2024 Fierce Network Innovation Awards in the AI category for its Netwrx.ai solution highlighting their recent partnership with Dell, Intel and Red Hat for AI-powered 5G Network Automation on CPUs.

EnterpriseWeb is a NY-based software company that offers an Agent-based no-code platform for intelligent automation. The company is a Telecom virtualization and automation pioneer. It ran the first ETSI NFV proof-of-concept, a series of award-winning TMF catalysts, and was the first, and still the only software company, to demonstrate “Telco-grade Generative AI for Intent-based Orchestration”.

Netwrx.ai is the company’s solution for intent-based orchestration and autonomous networking. With Netwrx.ai, developers can “talk to the network” to design, deploy and manage services through a Generative AI natural language interface.

System agents simplify and automate NetDevOps to improve developer experiences and accelerate service delivery.

Day 0 – agents streamline onboarding, service composition and testing

Day 1 – agents generate and execute deployment workflow plans to instantiate new services

Day 2 and beyond – agents dynamically instantiate observability and AIOps based on the service topology, SLAs, KPIs and related policies for autonomous networking

System agents translate developer intent into action; assembling and configuring tasks into complex workflows and long-running processes. Behind the scenes, the agents leverage a knowledge graph to interpret events, automate decisions and optimize actions.

Netwrx.ai also uses the graph to ground Large Language Model (LLM) interactions in domain knowledge and real-time operational context, which provides a novel low-token, low-latency, energy efficient approach to improving inferences. Agents dynamically orchestrate LLM interactions, along with Hybrid AI (algorithms, analytics, and rules-based logic) to lower the cost of inference, so Netwrx.ai can efficiently leverage AI to continuously optimize network performance. The solution is so efficient, it can run on CPUs instead of GPUs, greatly reducing the Total Cost of Ownership for Generative AI, while also supporting Telco sustainability initiatives.
