Control Plane

Solution Control Plane — summary.
Control Plane

Translates declarative intent into contextual action.

Fine-grained contextualization, configuration and control requires knowledge of how business data, domain semantics, tasks, tools and rules relate to a specific interaction (i.e., events, intents, requests). EnterpriseWeb’s Control Plane leverages the Knowledge Plane to translate declarative intent into contextual action.

Context Engine

A goal-oriented workflow orchestrator.

At the heart of the Control Plane is the Context Engine, a goal-oriented workflow orchestrator for complex, multi-step and long-running processes. It dynamically composes and configures tasks into context-aware pipelines (i.e., graph-based workflows).

Serverless Runtime

Event-driven, asynchronous, massively parallel.

The Control Plane’s serverless runtime is event-driven, asynchronous, concurrent with massively parallel processing. It is exposed by a gateway with an intent-based behavioral interface.

Platform Services

Serverless middleware,
horizontal architecture, no stack!

EnterpriseWeb features a library of Platform Services providing rich middleware capabilities. Platform Services include communication, integration, transformation, automation, configuration, orchestration, generation, and learning. They are implemented as serverless, event-driven functions that are dispatched, configured and coordinated by the runtime per declarative policies. No execution stack or system integration required. While EnterpriseWeb supports integration and federation, no 3rd-party gateways, brokers, integration tools, workflow engines, orchestrators, or protocol servers are required.

Eliminate Tool Sprawl and Cloud lock-in

Common services across cloud, data center and edge.

EnterpriseWeb provides common serverless middleware services across cloud, data center and edge environments, which eliminates deep lock-in to each hyperscaler’s native APIs and stacks. It allows for the rationalization of solution architecture and tool consolidation.
